With the exercises presented in this video we intend to give some simple ideas of opening postures, to enhance the mobility and width of your shoulders, stretch your chest, and activate your shoulder girdle and thus avoid kyphotic positions that these days can appear more recurrent. Material needed: A chair and a towel.
