Toning up circuit. Composed of two blocks of two sets each. Each block consists of 5 exercises, where we will work different muscle groups such as trapeze, deltoid, broad back, gluteus, Psoas, core and other synergistic and stabilizing muscles. Necessary material: Hip, water bottle, towel and mat.
