Series of exercises to help improve the mobility of the shoulder, stabilization and strengthening of the shoulder girdle as well as allowing the opening of our chest with pectoral stretching that is generally shortened due to kyphotic postures common to office work, etc. Necessary material: A blanket, a pair of socks (replacing the Thera Band or elastic band), a small bottle of water and a broom handle.
