Series of exercises aimed at working and improving strength from a functional and health perspective. It focuses on working on the upper body and more especially on the arms and shoulder girdle where emphasis is placed, in a special way, to help compensate for the postures that teleworking or staying at home can enhance. Material needed: Two bottles of water of the same size, a pair of socks (or socks or elastic material to replace the rubber band) and a chair.
