Session that has as objective to improve our elongation in the body posture, to remember some guidelines of a correct sitting posture and to activate our abdominal muscles. Stretching, joint mobilization, activation of the abdominal muscles and coordination of all this with breathing. Material needed: One chain and one small blanket or cushion.
