Online Physical Activity: Sitting Posture Compensation (Gluteal Emphasis)

A series of exercises concentrated especially on working the lower body, specifically the gluteal area, chosen to compensate for the shortening and weakness of muscles caused by excessive sitting. Necessary material: A pair of socks (that replace the elastic band), a rigid box/element that keeps us in a small height and a cloth (to clean or dust for example).
