Strength work session for both the upper body (biceps, broad dorsal, triceps, deltoid...) and the lower body (gluteus, adductor, quadriceps...). In this way we will work integrally on the different muscle groups in the same session, and implicitly, balance work will also be done. Necessary material: towel, sports clothes, 2 bottles of water, two rags and a mat.
