The last session of this series of videos on physical activity, in which, from the Sports Area of the Vice-rectorate for Equality, Culture and Sports, we tried to ensure that those who practised them had the healthiest possible confinement. Thank you very much for your follow-up. This last session aims to work and improve the physical condition from a functional and health perspective, doing it in a global way with exercises that require a minimum control in their execution and a minimum of strength. Necessary material: A bottle of water (small) and a towel.
